Developing projects that support community growth and positively impact lives
Founded in 2017 and originally known as Lifesteps Solutions, we later became Youth Solutions, the umbrella organisation behind Lifesteps CIC. From the very beginning, our vision has been to create opportunities that empower young people to reach their full potential. Youth Solutions spearheaded the development of Lifesteps and its programmes, which now provide vital support to young people and families across Essex and the surrounding areas.
In addition, Youth Solutions offers consultancy services for organisations looking to design, enhance, or deliver youth projects. We provide expert guidance, tailored strategies, and practical solutions that enable organisations to make a lasting impact within their communities.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to youth empowerment, family support, and community development, ensuring that every initiative we deliver or support contributes to positive, long-term change in young people’s lives.

Public speaking engagements that address the challenges young people face today, from mental health and exploitation to education and family breakdown. Their talks raise awareness, inspire action, and highlight the support needed to create meaningful change.
